We offer drafting services and building plan design for:

  • renovations and extensions

  • rebuilding after bushfire

  • passive solar design.

As well as your plans, Justin provides start-to-finish support through the approval process, including:

  • integrating BASIX compliant elements into your design

  • applying for your BASIX certificate

  • lodging your Development Application with Council

  • providing assistance with gaining a Construction Certificate so you can proceed with your build.
